Currently, we are seeking a Director of Engineering for our Wakefield Campus. As part of our astonishing team, you will direct the Engineering Department’s daily operations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical, mechanical, medical gas, and HVAC systems and equipment throughout the Wakefield Campus and outside properties. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring the departmental operating budget, managing preventive maintenance programs and facility renovation projects, supervising engineering staff, and ensuring that the campus continuously complies with all applicable standards, codes and regulations (e.g., safety, environmental, etc.).    


REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma (a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred) and at least 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or operations management at a hospital or medical center. Ideally, this experience is progressive in terms of roles and responsibilities.
