DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and staging of materials and equipment in warehouse. S/He will maintain the accuracy of inventory and ensure the warehouse is in good condition by performing daily housekeeping duties, labeling products and updating the bin quantity carts. Primary duties and responsibilities include Daily Cycle Counts on all materials currently listed in Oracle system or using local Non-Oracle data file; receipt of materials into warehouse from Market Hub or vendors and ensures quanity and items match shipping documents ; in Oracle systems or Non Oracle data file, create product labels for new materials received in warehouse; place materials in designated bin locations and ensures product labels are attached to cartons; process U.S./Interdepartmental mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.; Receive, store, and dispense supplies and equipment ordered from suppliers for use by various departments.; receive material previously ordered, and do an inventory check each time a shipment has been received; place materials in a safe and secure place, possible using a fork lift; stock Payment Centers with literature, channel line up cards or other items as requested; deliver purchasing requisitions to Oaks. . Deliver work orders to systems; deliver small quantities inventory/equipment transfers to warehouses when needed; pull/fill requests for office supplies needed by teams, stock pantries with paper, replace toner in copiers; remove/shred documents, as necessary; assist in setting up for functions/special events (i.e., moving tables, decorating, etc.); fold lettesr and stuff envelopes with applicable documents. Other duties may be assigned by management. . Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. S/he will be a strong team player with a results-oriented focus and a highly disciplined approach to meeting objectives. The candidate must be flexible to respond to changing needs and requirements of system. Additional requirements include the ability to lift at least 70lbs; Ability to multi-task, and work in fast-paced changing environment. A Valid driver's license with good driving record is required. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
