DESCRIPTION

Customer Service

Provides customers with information regarding all services available
including prices, programming, and equipment instructions.
Schedules in the computer requests for installation, changes of service, disconnects,
and repair service.
Accurately conveys and interprets company service and procedures, as well as programming line-ups and costs for services to subscribers.
Resolved customer concerns in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
Sells various levels of services including premium upgrades and High Speed Internet services. Processes payments and adjustments received at the front counter.
Reconciles daily cash, checks and charges received at the front counter to payment batch totals.
Prepare daily deposit and bank bag.
Reconciles daily equipment issues and returns with equipment log.
Represents Comcast in professional and positive manner in all situations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.




REQUIREMENTS

HS diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year recent related experience and/or training customer service experience required.
Must have recent cash handling experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and pro-rates.
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Selected candidate must be able to travel between locations; ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule that includes working Saturday.
Ability to work weekends and overtime, as needed.
